LIFT is a boutique full-service 360 advertising agency specializing in creating revenue programs and marketing strategies for sports, entertainment, museums and attraction clients. SUMMARY

This position’s initial primary responsibility will be to provide excellent client service to various business accounts within the agency. Position will also assist in new business pitches and all aspects of account management including spearheading marketing initiatives and planning on behalf of client, proactively seeking new opportunities to generate incremental revenue for clients, activating and monitoring performance of marketing programs and diligently overseeing and managing client budgets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participate in new business pitches/opportunities
  • Meet clients for briefings and present proposals for approval
  • Responsible for overseeing all necessary client accounts, applicable documentation and ensuring projects are on track to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Oversee and lead research on clients’ products, services, plans, competitors and target markets for competitive assessments and brief agency colleagues on findings
  • Ensure spending is tracked and record campaign costs, reconcile programs and monitor invoicing
  • Develop client marketing and promotion plans ensuring LIFT team agreement with plan and best advertising solution
  • Launch and monitor strategy, oversee activations and report on progress
  • Work with design team to implement and oversee creation of collateral materials including creative branding materials, copywriting, design, layout, and production to maintain quality, brand guideline compliant materials
  • Conduct research and evaluate market reactions to advertising programs, promotional campaigns and event quality and satisfaction
  • Respond to clients' requests as they arise

Skills & Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or proven interest in live entertainment, sports, attractions
  • 5+ years marketing experience required; agency experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques, new media and web development
  • Proven success developing and implementing marketing programs and materials
  • Experience in client facing roles requiring outstanding verbal & written communication & confidence among leadership
  • Demonstrated success in marketing communications both verbal and written
  • A history being self-motivated, creative and have strong, logical problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proven success juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success learning quickly and translating the learning into practice and results
  • Proven success with budget management and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative. Approachable, outgoing and diplomatic
  • Demonstrated success working as part of a team with a positive, supportive attitude
  • Demonstrated success motivating others

Working Conditions & Physical Efforts

  • Work is performed in an interior/office work environment

  • Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with colleagues, vendors & customers
  • Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or operate equipment
  • No or very limited exposure to physical risk
